Interventional Pain Management Physician
MD / DO · Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing, high-volume interventional pain management practice. Our team specializes in comprehensive pain care, combining advanced interventional procedures with responsible medication management and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
- Epidural steroid injections (interlaminar & transforaminal)
- Facet injections, medial branch blocks, and radiofrequency ablation
- Sacroiliac joint injections
- Spinal cord stimulator trials and implants (if experienced)
- Fluoroscopic guidance for all procedures
- Oversee and collaborate with PA/NP providers
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
- MD or DO with active California medical license
- Board Certified or Eligible in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, PM&R, or related specialty
- Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management (preferred)
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in fluoroscopy-guided procedures
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Experience in high-volume practice preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience a plus

Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician
PM&R · MD / DO · Full-Time
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible PM&R Physician to manage a primarily Workers' Compensation patient population. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in occupational medicine, disability management, and functional restoration within a high-demand Northern California market.
- Evaluation and management of occupational injuries
- Disability assessments and work status documentation
- Development of treatment and return-to-work plans
- Communication with case managers, adjusters, and attorneys
- EMG/NCV testing (if applicable)
- QME evaluations (preferred but not required)
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Eligible in PM&R
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Workers' Compensation experience preferred
- QME certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
